Johnny is an experienced ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching (EMCC) working with forward-thinking Founders, Senior Leaders, Leadership Teams and High Performers to help them maximise their potential and drive business growth. Based in London, he works with clients in the UK and internationally. He started his professional coaching journey training with Animas in 2018.
He combines his experience as a leadership and team coach with over 25 years experience – as a successful DTi award-winning tech entrepreneur and digital strategy consultant for start-ups, entrepreneurs and established businesses to help them innovate, accelerate and grow. He has also held positions at board level, been on senior leadership teams in C-Suite roles and been a Non-Executive Director. He started his career as a young PR Exec for the world-renowned Lynne Franks PR in the mid-1980s.
Johnny believes in ’empowering change’ and works as a coach with visionary entrepreneurs, leadership teams and organisations at all stages of their journey to help them unlock their potential, improve their performance without compromising their wellbeing, increase self awareness & choice, build their resilience, gain clarity and develop a growth mindset to help them make their vision a reality – he believes that we have greatness within each and every one of us.
Johnny is also a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Certified Agile Leadership Coach (CAL-1), Accredited Resilience Coach, DiSC Certified Trainer, Certified Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 practitioner, Licensed Firework Career Coach, Mental Health First Aider and works in pro-bono and volunteer coaching roles such being a Yes
Futures Coach in 2022.
