Hattie Voelcker PCC

Hattie is an ICF accredited coach who trained with Animas in 2015 and has run her own coaching business since then. Prior to retraining as a coach, Hattie was a barrister for 10 years, specialising in Family Law. This was a great foundation for her coaching career, as barristers spends their life analysing people’s motives, wants and needs; not just their client’s and the witnesses’, but also the judge’s and opposing counsel’s, so they can ask just the right question. She now runs a business coaching singers, performers and business people to feel truly confident and comfortable in front of an audience, however challenging and whatever size that audience might be. As part of this she regularly runs workshops and courses, both online and in person. Her first degree was in philosophy, focusing on the theory of knowledge, and this, combined with her legal training, influences her coaching style. As with most coaches, she continues to develop her skills, and with a particular focus on the neurobiology of learning and performing. Despite being very analytical in her approach because of her background, Hattie brings a light-heartedness to her public speaking, training, and her coaching. Having been a serious introvert most of her life, she enjoys the confidence and freedom her own coaching journey has brought her, and the connection this creates with others.
