As the CEO of Animas Centre for Coaching, Ruth is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, making sure that participants and faculty have a great experience, and developing the systems that enable the business to succeed.
Ruth trained as a transformative coach through Animas in 2015. Alongside building her coaching practice she joined our team of mentors in 2018, later becoming Head of Operations, COO, and eventually CEO when Nick Bolton was ready to take a step back from the business.
In 2020 Ruth qualified as a coaching supervisor through the International Centre for Coaching Supervision, and is an ICF PCC credentialed coach, ICF Mentor, and EMCC credentialed coach and supervisor.
Ruth has a coaching supervision and mentoring practice, and when not working she enjoys spending time in nature, gardening, and several creative crafts.
