She has a lot of experience working with men around their ideas of masculinity, and is a passionate advocate for raising boys positively in a culture that allows them to be whoever they choose to be.

In the final episode of series 3 of the Animas Podcast, our new Edinburgh trainer Emma Dempsey shares the insights she gained on her twenty-year journey through health and development, detailing her transition from training with the NHS to becoming a life coach and setting up her own business.
