The Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching is delivered through five modules of in-person training along with experiential client practice, personal coach mentoring, a rich library of course materials and reflective learning.
Each in-person module takes place over two days from 9.30 until 5.30 and takes place on weekends or weekdays as you choose.
Foundations is where your journey to become a coach starts. The module introduces you to the key principles of coaching, gets you practising your new skills and prepares you to start coaching clients outside of the training room.
Cognition explores the theory and practice of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, to enable you to help the client understand and change the thinking patterns which may be driving how they behave and the results they are getting.
Presence encourages you to slow down in coaching and become more aware and tuned into the quality of the relationship and space. Drawing from person-centred theory and practice, you will explore how to work more fully with what emerges in the coaching space.
Transactions explores how individuals relate both to themselves and to others in ways which can both empower or disempower. Using concepts from Transactional Analysis, you will learn to apply these ideas and models to your coaching.
Paradigms is your final module and, as well as synthesizing your learning to date, it introduces you to new ways to explore an individual’s personal paradigm through the stories, language and metaphors they use.
The Animas coaching course delivers a transformational approach to coaching that draws from key psychological influences underpinned by a core set of coaching principles.
As a transformational course, you’ll learn approaches that enable you to explore your client’s inner world as well as their outward behaviours. You’ll learn how to surface and explore a client’s patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving and relating and to create conversations around beliefs, values, aspirations, assumptions, fears and more, in service of the change your client wants to bring about.
You’ll learn and integrate:
Alongside these coaching approaches, you’ll also learn key practice management skills of the coaching professional ensuring you develop a robust, ethical approach to coaching.
In summary, the Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching ensures you become confident and skilled as a coach with your own signature approach that sets you apart
