Customer Service Administrator
Patricia is our Customer Service Administrator and is part of our Philippines team. She ensures that all your queries and concerns are taken care of as quickly as possible. Patricia is in charge of incoming calls, emails from our website and our live chat agent along with collecting overdue payments or rescheduling instalment plans over the phone. Helping others is Patricia’s passion, and part of why she is a great fit at Animas! Having been working as a registered nurse for 8 years, she saw firsthand how many patients suffer vision problems and identified a need for more Optometrists in the Philippines. An ambitious and driven individual, Patricia then decided to pursue the qualification of Doctor of Optometry last year while working for us during UK hours.
