Radical Self-Care: Becoming a Force for Good in the World
In July, Steve Peralta will explore why genuinely caring for oneself is among the most compassionate actions one can take, serving as a force for good in the lives of others. Grounded in scientific research and enriched by his personal experiences, Steve shares how transitioning from self-sabotage to self-care allowed him to overcome a decade of depression and insomnia. This profound transformation enabled him to lead a company that supports millions in coping with—and sometimes thriving in—a frequently chaotic and challenging world.
Attendees will gain insights into the science linking self-care, compassion, and human potential. They will also experience practical self-care practices designed to help them cope with, and even thrive in, a demanding world where much is beyond their control.
Through his story and the expertise gained as a wellbeing coach and co-founder of Unmind, Steve aims to inspire and equip attendees to prioritise their own wellbeing, thereby enhancing their capacity to contribute positively to their clients and the world at large.
