Three’s a Crowd: Navigating Relationships in Organisational Coaching

Event Overview: Yasmin Ariff, Director of Education at CVP Group, will present a comprehensive lecture on navigating relationships within organisational coaching. Drawing on the work of Carol Wilson, Yasmin will explore the three pillars of effective coaching cultures and delve into the various coaching roles within organisational leadership. These roles include:

1. Coaching Leader
2. Internal Coach
3. External Coach

The presentation will cover the remit and responsibilities of each role, their advantages and disadvantages, and practical dos and don’ts based on Yasmin’s extensive experience training over 100 organisational coaches.

Key Coaching Strategies:

1. Tripartite Contracting: Yasmin will introduce this method to establish clear agreements among all parties involved in the coaching process.
2. Return On Investment Models: She will discuss ROI models such as the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model to measure the impact of coaching on organisational success.

Participants will gain insights into creating a coaching culture that empowers leaders, improves performance, and fosters growth within organisations. The session will include:

● Detailed exploration of each coaching role and its application within an organisation.
● Practical exercises and case studies to illustrate effective coaching strategies.
● Techniques for implementing tripartite contracting and ROI models in real-world scenarios.

By the end of this event, attendees will learn techniques to enhance their coaching practices, build stronger relationships, and drive positive outcomes within their organisations.
