If you’re interested in enrolling on the Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching, your next step is to book a call with one of our Course Consultants.
This is a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into any questions you have and ensure this is the right step for you.
Adie is one of our course consultants here at Animas. She comes from a psychology and education background having taught hundreds of children aged 4-16, something she been doing for over 10 years. Although her first passion is teaching, she discovered the power of coaching after overcoming a hard few years of anxiety. She embarked on a journey of self-discovery and became a coach as a result. Having experienced transformation herself, she is now as passionate as ever to help people take the leap in this exciting journey that is becoming a coach!
In her own coaching practice, she has a particular interest in Personality Psychology – The Enneagram and Jungian Typology – for the clarity in the different growth paths for every individual. She firmly believes in the no one size fits approach to self realisation and actualisation, and desires for as many people to feel accepted and understood. She is currently training to be an Enneagram Practitioner and is now using this framework in her practice.
Outside of Animas, she still tutors kids with an added coaching and mentoring flair. She also loves writing with themes such as spirituality and existentialism. Some of her favourite questions to ask and have a discussion with people are: What does it mean to be human? How can we live a more meaningful life?
With over a decade of experience in coaching and a deep passion for supervision, Andrea Matuz is dedicated to empowering coaches to excel and elevate the standards of the coaching industry.
Since achieving her coaching qualification in 2013, Andrea has honed her expertise in both the corporate world and entrepreneurial spaces, using coaching to help individuals find career fulfilment and leaders enhance their impact. Her clients often describe working with her as “taking off the mask,” a testament to her focus on authenticity and values alignment.
In 2021, Andrea took her commitment to the next level by becoming a qualified coaching supervisor with ICCS. In this role, she supports coaches in delivering exceptional coaching, while also mentoring them in building sustainable, impactful businesses. She views supervision as a “butterfly effect”—where the work done with one coach ripples out to benefit countless others, including their clients and the broader systems they influence.
Andrea’s work with ICCS is particularly fulfilling to her, as it allows her to contribute to the training of outstanding supervisors, extending the reach and impact of coaching supervision globally. With credentials as an EMCC Senior Practitioner and an EMCC ESIA awardee, Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and dedication to her role as your course consultant.
Your call will be with one of our Coach Consultants, Adie Pascual or Andrea Matuz, both highly experienced coaches with their own private practices outside of Animas.
