Adie Pascual
Adie is our Course Consultant here at Animas. She comes from a psychology and education background having taught hundreds of children aged 4-16, something she been doing for over 10 years. Although her first passion is teaching, she discovered the power of coaching after overcoming a hard few years of anxiety. She embarked on a journey of self-discovery and became a coach as a result. Having experienced transformation herself, she is now as passionate as ever to help people take the leap in this exciting journey that is becoming a coach!
In her own coaching practice, she has a particular interest in Personality Psychology – The Enneagram and Jungian Typology – for the clarity in the different growth paths for every individual. She firmly believes in the no one size fits approach to self realisation and actualisation, and desires for as many people to feel accepted and understood. She is currently training to be an Enneagram Practitioner and is now using this framework in her practice.
Outside of Animas, she still tutors kids with an added coaching and mentoring flair. She also loves writing with themes such as spirituality and existentialism. Some of her favourite questions to ask and have a discussion with people are: What does it mean to be human? How can we live a more meaningful life?
