About Teresa Wilson:

Teresa Wilson PCC has over 20 years of experience as a trainer and facilitator, and more than 10 years as a coach through Teresa Wilson Coaching. She trained with Animas, earned a Team Coaching Diploma, and has additional training in Time to Think, Gestalt, and IFS. Teresa delivers coaching and training within the Civil Service, NHS, and for third sector leaders. She also offers one-on-one coaching and serves as a Mentor Coach.

Her interest in shadow work began as a way to break free from the habit of judging her coaching as ‘good’ or ‘bad.’ Discovering shadow language revitalized her coaching practice.
