In the first episode of the new Coaching Uncaged podcast Animas Centre Director Robert Stephenson is joined on a roundtable discussion by Executive and Systemic Coach Salma Shah, Executive Coach Saima Butt and Master Youth Coach Bob Singha to explore the lack of cultural diversity in the coaching industry and the things that we might all do to change this.

The panel share their personal experiences and journeys around diversity in the world of coaching, drawing on their own backgrounds, insights and observations to create a fascinating discussion on an incredibly important topic.

Using the current pause to recalibrate and consider what we can do to make a real difference, this exploratory discussion really asks us all what things we might do to address the lack of diversity within coaching, create change and in turn a greater richness in our tribes, communities and the coaching industry as a whole.
