Wouldn’t it be amazing if you were better able to work with the subconscious part of the brain? To be able to not just access, but influence your clients’ limbic system, and in turn the negative attitudes that prevent them from reaching their potential?
Of course it would!
And this is precisely what emotional intelligence is all about: recognising how subconscious negative attitudes, and the emotions they trigger that can stop us in our tracks, but how these same attitudes can be challenged and changed with a significant positive impact on feelings, thoughts and behaviour.
95-99% of people’s daily habits are managed by the subconscious brain – the limbic system.
Yet many coaches still see coaching as a primarily logical process – helping people engage with the more rational parts of the brain.
So how do you as a coach access your clients subconscious and influence their limbic system?
That is where this two-day course comes in!
