Animas Live Practicum

We are delighted to announce that as a one-off we are taking our group supervision practicum live!At this live practicum you will be part of the whole coaching experience, with an opportunity to both coach and be coached. Supported by your peers, you will give and receive constructive feedback on your coaching. This integrated approach is designed to assist you in becoming a more reflective practitioner and enhance your coaching performance.

Whilst this event has been designed primarily for coaches who have finished their training modules and are working towards submitting for qualification, those with coaching experience who are looking for some practice are also welcome at this event.Facilitated by Animas’ own Director of Training and Coaching, Robert Stephenson and Head of Mentoring and Qualifications, Laure Polidori.Both ICF accredited and with years worth of experience as coaches, mentors and supervisors so you can be assured that you are in the most capable hands.

This immersive event is a great way to gain group supervision hours towards your International Coaching Federation qualification and to practice your coaching skills.At the practicum you will:Have the opportunity to practice your skills as a coachReceive constructive feedback from your fellow peers and the trainerExperience others being coached and provide your own feedbackReflect on your own coaching and identify growing edgesRobert Stephenson, Director of Training and Coaching both manages and supports our training teams across the globe, ensuring quality training that serves the needs of our coaches-in-training. He enjoys the opportunity to step back into the training space on occasion and enjoys directly supporting trainers in the classroom.

Rob also hosts the regular Animas interviews for our Animas Podcasts. With a background in performance, he brings both creativity, passion and humour to his role.Laure Polidori, Head of Mentoring and Qualifications as well as Head of Special Projects manages a diverse portfolio of work within Animas from international growth to partnerships with coaching bodies and from managing social impact projects to developing educational structures within Animas. She is a vastly experienced coach, mentor and supervisor.
