Making A Difference: Transformational Coaching and its Potential for Impact

13th October 2021

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.”

Margaret Mead

As human beings, conversations are an integral part of our daily routines. Through our conversations, new possibilities and experiences are discovered, and the impact of that one conversation goes beyond what we could think. The impact on friends, family and the world.

What if there was a way we could focus that power?  Where we could explore directing it towards causes in the world we were passionate about making a difference in?

The Impact Incubator by Animas believes in the power of conversations and is a new coaching for social impact programme designed for the Animas coaching community.

It is a unique opportunity for 6 coaches to join a FREE 12-month group coaching journey with Animas Founder and CEO, Nick Bolton.

“The Impact Incubator is group coaching but with a thematic approach, and the theme being creating a social impact project. The idea is that the six people that join us will have some idea that they want to pursue in order to make a social impact. It doesn't have to be coaching, it could be anything they want to, but that they have some vision and dreams and aspirations to make a big impact in a way that changes the world in some small way.”

Nick Bolton, Founder of Animas

The Impact Incubator is a space for exploration and creating social impact. Going live in January 2022, a group of 6 committed coaches will develop impact projects, supported by the power of the group. Using transformational coaching as the foundation, they will create and launch projects into the world whose core goal is to make a difference in an area each coach deeply cares for.

“I'm looking forward to learning more about our community, where their interests and desire for social impact lies, what their motivations are, what their drivers are, where we want to make a difference. This is the first time we are running this pilot and having our founder Nick leading the sessions is an absolutely incredible opportunity for selected community members to access his time, energy and services for a whole year.”

Emma Koubayssi, Head of Social Impact
To empower our coaches with their journey towards making their ideas come to life, the programme will offer:

Watch this space we will be announcing our six selected coaches before the end of the year.
