Victoria comes from a teaching background, having taught for over a decade in challenging, inner city, Secondary schools in some of the most deprived areas of London. With a Masters degree in Leadership, Victoria is a natural leader and her ability to help, support and inspire teachers entering the profession and working in some of the toughest schools led to her becoming a Lead Practitioner and Lead coach and mentor for schools in Lambeth and Bromley, in South East London.
During her career in education, Victoria became increasingly aware of her natural ability and passion for coaching and mentoring others and decided to embark on the journey to become a life coach in 2019. Since qualifying as a transformational coach with Animas, Victoria has been coaching people from a wide variety of backgrounds. She runs her coaching practice online, coaching mainly women, who find themselves stuck and who can’t yet see a way forward, be that in their relationships, career or mindset, helping them to pave a way forward with excitement and confidence.
For Victoria, coaching, mentoring and helping others to achieve, improve and develop is what she truly loves. Victoria builds rapport and trust easily, helping others to open up and feel at ease. She is naturally results-driven and enjoys helping her clients to move forward and achieve goals and her coaching style is integrative, combining a range of models and theory from the Animas course and from her own reading.
Victoria has three children, speaks three languages and has lived in France, Spain and Thailand and now resides in South East London. Victoria says that whilst studying for the diploma in transformational coaching with Animas, she was inspired by the amazingly passionate and highly skilled trainers, mentors and supervisors and thought that one day she would love to join the team!
