As the Delegate Experience Manager, Joan serves as the primary liaison for all delegates participating in our Specialist Programmes and Events. With a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless journey for each delegate, Joan oversees the end-to-end process from registration to post-event follow-up. She meticulously orchestrates the systems, processes, and resources necessary to guarantee that every delegate’s experience is both engaging and memorable.
Drawing upon a background in customer service and a penchant for organisational excellence, Joan is dedicated to exceeding expectations and fostering a positive environment for all delegates. Her passion lies in curating unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Having joined our team in 2017, Joan has played an integral role in Animas’s evolution, transitioning from the role of Customer Happiness Creator to her current position as Delegate Experience Manager.
Outside of work, Joan enjoys immersing herself in literature, exploring new languages, nurturing her spirituality, and cherishing moments with her loved ones. She harbours a deep desire to travel the globe and dreams of witnessing the captivating Aurora Borealis firsthand.
